Supervisor of Elections Chris H. Chambless reminds Clay County voters that March 16 is the voter registration deadline for the April 14 Municipal Super Tuesday (MST) Election for the City of Green Cove Springs and the Town of Orange Park. All voters are encouraged to check their registration status and verify their information is accurate by visiting VoterStatusClay.com and entering in their information.
Those who need to register to vote or update their voter information can do so online at RegistertoVoteFlorida.gov. Paper applications are available at the Elections Office, the Tax Collectorโs office, or at any public library.
Registration applications must be postmarked or delivered to the Clay County Elections Office by March 16, 2026. The Elections Office is located at 500 N. Orange Ave., in Green Cove Springs. Itโs open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Due to new procedures in the U.S. Postal Services (USPS) operations, itโs recommended that voters visit a Postal Services retail location and request a manual postmark at the counter.
On Election Day, April 14, polls will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM. City of Green Cove Springs voters may vote in person at City Hall, 321 Walnut Street. Town of Orange Park voters may cast a ballot at Town Hall at 2042 Park Avenue in Orange Park.
Vote by Mail ballots for the MST may be requested until April 2. Mail ballot requests may be made over the phone, in person, or online at ClayElections.gov. Vote by Mail ballots must be received in the Elections Office by 7 PM on Election Day, April 14.
